Captures exactly what I feel when I think about what could've been and what didn't happen. All those world's of possibilities.
But to invoke Dawkins,
It is me in my ordinariness that is here. How dare I whine about my inevitable return back to the state that the majority of people never once stirred.
As I read, I went back in time, relived possibilities, saw visions of what could have been. My heart ached for a second, and all I could think was: Beautiful!
This is incredible. So heart wrenchingly sad, but so very relatable and perhaps the best poem on Regret I have ever written. Something I struggle with deeply myself.

Interesting perspective.
This is beautiful, such a reflection of what's happening currently,
Thanks Sashy appreciate it my friend
Absorbed by the heart. The collapse of possibilities was so brilliantly captured I had to pause in my steps for a few seconds. Just brilliant.
Im grateful for the fact it gripped you so firmly Mahdi, thank you very much.
I really enjoyed this! Every moment! It was like seeing a feeling I couldn't name take shape!
🙏🏻♥️
So beautiful!
I read and re read this a few times just to savor the cadence of the words, the melody in the rhymes, the draw of the symbols.
But isn't this inability to be here, now, with what is at the heart of our unhappiness and disappointments ?
Is this capacity to closely inhabit and deeply mourn what we could not be or could not have, bright freedom or dark neurosis?
Just wondering?
Please keep writing.
This is medicine for the soul :)
It’s more than anything a paradox, just like all beautiful things. Thank you!
